AEROMOTIVE 40 MICRON ELEMENT FOR ORB-10 FILTER

Commonly the most overlooked component in a fuel system, filter neglect can be the most costly. If not cleaned or replaced regularly, filter elements can become clogged resulting in reduced fuel flow, engine performance and ultimately, fuel pump or even worse, engine damage. By simply replacing and/or cleaning your filter elements regularly, you can avoid costly repairs to your fuel system and ensure peak engine performance.

Features:

• Service element for Aeromotive Billet, in-line filters
• Fits all 2″ OD x 5-1/2″ long ORB-10 filter housings.
• Includes new housing o-ring to reseal the filter assembly.

Suitable as a post-filter for electric and mechanical fuel pumps up to 16 GPM with gasoline, diesel, ethanol and methanol fuels. This product is not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when used as a direct replacement part matching OEM specifications.

Aeromotive recommends annual inspection and service of filter elements. This includes replacing 10-micron fabric elements and cleaning or replacing 100-micron or 40-micron stainless steel elements. Severe duty applications or newly installed systems may require more frequent maintenance.
