Their energy transfer technology forges top quality crankshafts from 4340 steel that's core hardened and tempered to reduce stress and optimize tensile strength. K1 uses a nitriding process for hardening not induction heat treating to eliminate softening between the journals and any post-running deformation.

The forged crankshafts feature straight oil holes for the best oiling to the rod journals, to ensure that you're getting the most and the best for your dollars. Counterweights are placed for optimal load reduction and ease of balancing meaning less work for you and each crankshaft is magnetic particle inspected, as well as held to a maximum tolerance of .0002 in. journal dimension.

BOOSTLINE warrants that any Product manufactured by BOOSTLINE will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days following date of original purchase (“BOOSTLINE Warranty”). The BOOSTLINE Warranty extends to the End-User of such Product. The End-User is defined as the person purchasing the Products directly from BOOSTLINE or an authorized dealer of BOOSTLINE. BOOSTLINE specifically disclaims all warranties on any Product not manufactured by BOOSTLINE.

No warranty is transferable by the End-User. As a condition to granting the BOOSTLINE Warranty, Buyer covenants to use the Product with due care and consistently with the Product’s specifications. Any failure of Buyer to adhere to this covenant voids the BOOSTLINE Warranty. Such failure includes, without limitation, misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair performed by anyone other than BOOSTLINE.
