These Hooker LS cast iron exhaust manifolds have been designed to hug close to the engine block so they fit into a wide variety of replacement engine swap applications. Their contoured design aims the exhaust directly at the exit port for greatly improved flow. They are cast from high silicon moly ductile iron to provide durability, leak free performance and less under the hood noise than conventional headers.
The Hooker LS cast iron exhaust manifolds are recommended for strong performance on engines up to 500 horsepower and are available in plain as cast finish or with Hooker ceramic coatings for reduced engine temperatures and improved corrosion resistance. They also feature 304 stainless steel mating flanges to help provide a leak-free installation, and a two bolt exit flange which can be used with OEM style gaskets and fasteners for an excellent seal.
Intended for all GM LS (except LS7 and LS9) engine swap applications, Fitment issues may occur with models equipped with air conditioning. Modification to brackets may be required. Not compatible with 2004-06 GTO starters/bellhousings.

Holley Performance Products, Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, except Avenger series carburetors, which carry a lifetime warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor. Any Holley deep cell battery also carries a one-year warranty. For select carburetors and superchargers, there will be a core charge. If the part qualifies, there will be a letter and a call tag included in the box from Holley.
The part must be returned to Holly, and if it is in acceptable condition, Holly will issue credit directly to the customer. In addition, Holley Performance Products, Inc.'s limited warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been modified or altered in any way, subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair, or used in applications other than those recommended by Holley Performance Products, Inc.
