ACDELCO LS ENGINE COOLANT/OIL TEMPERATURE SENSORS

ACDelco coolant temperature sensors can solve your fast idle and excess fuel consumption problem. They send a signal to the vehicle's computer regarding your engine's water temperature so that the computer can provide the proper fuel/air mixture for the engine.

When faulty, a temperature sensor will read as cool or cold, which causes a richer fuel mixture to try to warm up the engine, leading to wasted fuel, a fast idle, and overheating.

When used as a oil temperature sensor you can monitor the temperature with a gauge. When engine oil runs to hot it can breakdown and lead to engine failure. These ACDelco temperature sensors are direct OE replacements.
