This limited warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser of the products and is enforceable only by the original purchaser. Nitrous Express will repair or replace the product, at their discretion, or any defective part or parts thereof, without charge to the consumer. This warranty does not cover labor charges, freight, material, or other incidents in connection with the removal and/or replacement of the defective product.
