Due to material shortages, the current status of the shipping industry and changes in affiliate programs some product information may change at anytime.
What does "In Stock" mean?
The estimated ship dates are provided by CBM Motorsports. Sometimes the expected arrival date may change. This can be due to things like extended holidays, unexpected delays in production, or severe weather.
What does "Drop Shipped" mean?
The estimated ship dates are provided to us by the affiliate. Sometimes the affiliate changes the expected arrival date. This can be due to things like extended holidays, unexpected delays in production, or severe weather.
What does "Ships Directly From Manufacturer/Supplier" mean?
The estimated ship dates are provided to us by the manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer changes the expected arrival date. This can be due to things like extended holidays, unexpected delays in production, or severe weather.
What does "Special Order" mean?
The estimated ship dates can vary on custom made parts and normally ship in 2-3 weeks from time of order.
What do I need to do if shipment is delayed?
If the expected arrival date changes, we will notify you by email, using the email address on file. We may also reach out to confirm you still want the item(s).
Make sure your contact information is up-to-date on our website.
Add our email address to your "Safe Senders" list or "Address Book" to make sure our emails don't go to your "Junk" folder.
Most in stock orders ship the SAME DAY!!! Custom-made parts may take longer. If tracking information is available it will be sent to your email address when the order ships. Shipping quote is for 48 main states only. If there is a delay in your order for any reason you will be notified via email.
Please understand Saturday, Sunday & Holidays DO NOT count as normal operating business days. Our normal operating hours are 9:00AM-5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a weekend, it will most likely ship on Monday.
If you would like to purchase multiple items we would be happy to combine shipping.
If you would like your package INSURED please let us know and we would be happy to add it to the quote.
We ship worldwide but only to a confirmed address. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please let us know if you would like a customized shipping quote for your location. Be sure your address is confirmed prior to ordering. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How do I return/exchange an item?
You can return any new or unused item within 14 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price, exchange your item or credit your account. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items. If your item included any "special offer free parts", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
You may return products that:
- Do not have missing parts.
- Are in their original packaging.
- Are not damaged, previously installed, or used.
- Have original manufacturer information enclosed.
- Were not custom built, painted, or modified for your application.
15% Restocking fee may apply.
A completed CBM Motorsports™ return/exchange (RMA) form is required for all returns. Simply login to your account, fill out an RMA form and submit it. Place a copy of the RMA form and/or your invoice in the box or boxes to be returned along with the part(s) to be returned.
Please mark the corresponding invoice number as clearly as possible on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner.

This policy shall be in force for all past, current, and future purchases from CBM Motorsports LLC. CBM Motorsports will not ship ANY non-CARB compliant products to California where California requires products to be CARB certified such as Catalytic Converters and Induction Kits.
